When you move in to a place, you want to make sure that every surface, every nook and cranny, every drawer and shelf is clean. We want it to be ours. It’s our new home. We want it shiny, fluffy, fresh and welcoming for our precious collection of furniture, appliances and utensils that we use every day.
We have invested our livelihood in acquiring and collecting all of these things, from our pillowcases to the bed in the bedroom, and the sofa in our living room. We have it all so that we can be comfortable, live well, and be happy.
The moving company has done an excellent job. We have taken a tour and we already know where it all will fit, how it will be arranged, where every little thing will go. We can’t wait to get the boxes out and put everything in it’s right and proper place. But who is going to clean the house and make it ready? There is still a lot to do…
